Founded in 1986, the original focus of LRM was on farm management services for local and absentee landowners. Since the early 1990’s it has evolved to include real estate sales specializing in farmland and hobby farms and in the mid-1990’s residential sales utilizing the MLS. We currently have agents who specialize in farmland sales with experience with 1031 exchanges and agents who specialize in residential sales from new construction projects to existing homes. Family ethics and values are important to the operation of LRM. We keep our small town values with big city abilities by using the same marketing tools as the big companies.

From managing a farm on a day-to-day basis to getting a buyer and seller together with a 1031 exchange, being close to the farmland is what I enjoy most. When LRM was started in 1986 I had a combined 38 years experience in farming and management services. Since then we have seen many changes and look forward to ever-evolving changes in the future. Serving the client, paying attention to the details, and creating long term relationships are all very important to me.
After growing up in this area, my wife Debra and I married in 1974 and currently live in Grand Meadow. We enjoy our 3 sons, Ryan, Justin and Cole, and their families. In addition my wife and I are blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren.

Real estate is an exciting and rewarding profession for me. I obtained my real estate license in 2001 and then obtained my broker’s license in 2004. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, specializing in Residential Properties and Country Acreages. In addition, I am experienced in 1031 Exchanges and Farm Management. I also specialize in New Construction and am involved in many new and developing subdivisions. From the initial brainstorm of blueprints to final completion of the project, I have knowledge to help make the process a success.
Born and raised in Grand Meadow, I married my wife Susan (originally from Stewartville, MN) in 2000. We have three daughters, Riley, Kendyl, and Lauren, and currently reside in Grand Meadow.
